IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Oracle readings, BaZi interpretations, and talisman meanings belong to ASTRAEY’s cultural and spiritual practice. They do not promise outcomes, proven supernatural effects, medical treatment, financial gains, legal outcomes, or control over another person. Vitality carries an intention for health rather than offering treatment; Purification expresses an intention for cleansing, warding, and releasing negative energy.
ASTRAEY is an independent cultural studio, not a temple or religious authority. Serious health, legal, and financial decisions should be made with qualified professionals.
This edition is prepared for launch. Payment remains closed until the merchant connection, support mailbox and final service arrangements are activated. Membership opens when the account service is configured.
Live BaZi Basic: up to 5 minutes. Private BaZi Essential: up to 20 minutes with a written summary. BaZi Complete: up to 30 minutes with a written summary. Essential is private only; Basic is live. Oracle private and live sessions remain the same price and service.
Official TikTok username: astraeydivination. Follow this account for live readings, Ritual demonstrations and schedule announcements. The planned daily program selects seven free Oracle participants and seven free BaZi participants at random. No purchase is required and purchases do not improve selection chances. The announced schedule and participation rules apply; paid sessions are arranged separately.
Standard delivery is free, about 20–40 days after dispatch. Express delivery is optional: US$20 per entire order, about 7–10 days after dispatch, regardless of how many talismans you buy. Services have no delivery charge. Both options send your physical talismans; express changes the speed of delivery.
Transit times are estimates. Destination, customs and local holidays can affect delivery. Available destinations and any duties are confirmed before payment.
Any damage invalidates the talisman under ASTRAEY’s use rules. After verified transit damage, a replacement of the correct design will be sent free of charge without requiring the original to be mailed back. Safe retirement guidance will be provided.
If the mistaken design arrives undamaged, you may keep it as a valid gift talisman. We will send the correct design at no added charge. You do not need to return, destroy, or burn the gifted piece.
Each talisman is for one intention and one fulfillment. Once fulfilled, it may be kept as a collectible.
Symbolic burning is preferred by the studio where the material, local law, and environment make it genuinely safe. Never burn unknown coatings, laminate, or metallic materials. Support can offer a no-flame retirement option.
Add your services and talismans to one bag. For physical items, choose free standard delivery or optional US$20 express delivery, charged once for the entire order. Apply a coupon before continuing to the payment provider’s secure page. Final amounts are calculated by the server in USD. Checkout opens after the merchant account and the site’s payment connection have been activated.
Your order remains pending until the provider’s authenticated payment confirmation is received. Returning from the payment page does not by itself confirm payment. Service appointments and dispatch are arranged separately. Birth information is shared privately after purchase.
We do not offer automatic, discretionary change-of-mind returns or refunds. If you still wish to request a refund, email [email protected] once activated with your order number and reason. Each application is reviewed individually. This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights required by applicable law.
You do not need to mail the talisman back. Follow the studio’s written instructions to destroy it or, where genuinely safe and lawful, burn it symbolically. A no-flame destruction option is available. Once refunded, the talisman is considered invalid under ASTRAEY’s ritual rules. These arrangements do not add conditions to mandatory statutory remedies.
Register with an email, a password of at least 8 characters and an email verification code. A new verified account receives one 10% coupon, valid for 30 days from issue. With an eligible invitation, the new customer receives 20% instead; the existing customer receives a separate 20% coupon after the invited customer’s first paid order. Both coupons are valid for 30 days from their own issue date and one order each. Inviting requires an existing paid order. Personal coupons belong to the named member; self-invitations and repeat registrations do not earn additional rewards. An unused inviter reward is disabled if the qualifying order is refunded.
Account email, order details and delivery information are used to authenticate you, arrange payment and fulfill your order. Account access is handled by Supabase Auth; order records are stored with Cloudflare D1, and payment details go to the payment provider. We do not collect card numbers. Birth information is arranged privately after purchase and must not be posted publicly. Private BaZi Essential and BaZi Complete include a written summary. Contact the activated studio email to request access to or deletion of personal data, subject to required transaction retention.
Marketing emails are optional and the registration checkbox is unchecked by default. You can change your choice in your member account at any time; declining does not affect membership, registration discounts or service messages. Consent choices and dates are recorded. Order, verification and account messages are separate from marketing.
The proposed customer-support address is [email protected]. This address is a draft and has not yet been activated; it must be registered and tested before sales open. Once active, use it for scheduling, order questions, refund applications and personal-data requests.
